Muffuletta Hot Dogs Recipe

Muffuletta Hot Dogs Recipe
Ingredients are going to need:
  • One cup sliced peperoncini with 1 cup brine
  • One cup (packed) thinly sliced red onion
  • One teaspoon dried oregano
  • Eight  all-beef hot dogs
  • Eight hot dog buns, split
  • Sixteen slices provolone cheese
  • Chopped black olive tapenade
  • Sliced roasted red peppers from jar
Preparation Procedure:
  • Mix peperoncini, brine, red onion, and oregano in a bowl and leave it for 30 minutes.
  • Now, to prepare barbecue, keep the heat of the grill at the medium-high temperature and place the hot dogs on it; also place the buns on the grills. After that grill both with 2 cheese slices until it melts (5 minutes for hot dogs and 3 minutes for bun). After that, simply place the hot dogs and bun to the plate and serve with onions, tapenade, and peppers. That is it!

Procedure –
Slice the chicken breasts in very thin pieces. Make it even thinner with the help of a meat pounder. After that, cook the chicken. Make sure to keep the temperature low and cover the pan for couple of minutes until the chicken turns golden brown. After that, season with salt and freshly ground pepper and top it with extra-virgin olive oil and a squeeze of lemon to serve. That is it!

How to prepare Greek Style Garlic Chicken Breast?

When it comes to bringing twists on a classic flavor combination, Greek style garlic chicken breast always a hit! This dish is enough to give you an energy boost and is pretty simple to make. So if you are really curious to know how to prepare it then, follow the guidelines below.

Please note the ingredients first,

    Four skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

•    One cup extra virgin olive oil

    One lemon, juiced

•    Two teaspoons crushed garlic

•    One teaspoon salt

•    One and half teaspoons black pepper

•    One third teaspoon paprika

Procedure:
    First off, to penetrate, cut 3 slits in each chicken breast to allow marinade. Take a small bowl and mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika for 30 seconds. Now take a large bowl and place chicken breasts and pour marinade over it. Using your hand work marinade into chicken and cover and refrigerate overnight.

•    After that preheat grill for medium heat with lightly garlic olive oil and then cook the chicken until meat is no longer pink. That is it!
