Baked Garlic Lemon Tilapia Recipe Guide

Fish is a food that is easy to cook yet is delicious and very healthy and people who love fish understand this that how easy it is to cook different things with various fishes.

Well, if you have fish in option you don’t have to think much to cook it, because each preparation is very simple and easy to follow.

So today, let’s learn to make Baked Garlic Lemon Tilapia:

Garlic Lemon Tilapia 
Note the ingredients:

•    6 tilapia filets 6 oz each

•    4 garlic cloves chopped

•    2 table spoon butter

•    2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

•    4 tsp fresh parsley chopped

•    Salt and pepper to taste

•    Cooking spray

•    Garlic olive oil

Method:

•    Preheat oven for about 400 degrees

•    Take a sauce pan and add butter to and let it melt on low flame. Add garlic cloves and sauté on low flame for about a minute. Add lemon juice to it and take off flames.

Lemmon Juice 
    Take a baking dish and spray its bottom with cooking spray now place fish on it and season it with salt and pepper. Now pour the lemon butter mixture on it and add fresh chopped parsley and some garlic olive oil on top of it now put baking dish back in oven and bake for about 15 min. until cooked.
